Thank you for subscribing to Advyu Solutions. We want to ensure that our customers have a rewarding experience while using our sales, marketing, and CRM solutions.
We offer a 14-day free trial for our workspace tiers. This free trial allows you to test the functionalities of our CRM, funnel builders, and WhatsApp workflows before committing to a paid plan. You will not be charged during this 14-day period and can cancel your account at any time.
Advyu Solutions subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard settings. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be incurred. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
If you are unsatisfied with our services within 7 days of your first subscription payment (following your free trial), you may request a full refund. Refund requests made after this 7-day period will not be eligible for refunds, and all sales are final.
To request a refund under the 7-day policy, please contact our support team at hello@advyu.com. Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
